The one who gripped Dean tight and continues to aid Dean whenever he can, currently involved in a Heavenly war and has a big, dirty secret.

Cupid:
He's a lower angel, but cute and he likes to scare people to death by hugging them in his birthday suit.
"I love love. Love it and if that's wrong, I don't wanna be right."
Gabriel:
Archangel, who skipped out of heaven and went into the witness protection program. Killed in 'Hammer of the Gods.'
"Someone slip a mickey in your Power Shake, kid?"
Michael:
Archangel, who is destined to fight Lucifer in his Sword, aka Dean the Angel Condom.
"Free will is an illusion, Dean."
Hunters
Bobby:
Dean and Sam's surrogate father, and bookwise like no other. He's got everything stashed in his library and sure knows his way around a spell or too.
"Well boo hoo. I am so sorry your feelings are hurt...princess!"
Ash:
Dr. Badass went to MIT (didn't finish) and is a real genius. Get's killed in All Hell Breaks Loose pt 1. And we all cried for our Lynyrd Skynyrd groupie.
"All business up front, party in the back."
Jo:
Daughter of William (deceased) and Ellen Harvelle, who works in the Roadhouse and has one mean right hook. Dies in 'Abandon All Hope'.
"Most hunters come through that door think they can get in my pants with some... pizza, a six pack, and side one of Zeppelin IV."
Rufus:
Long time friend of Bobby's, who loves his Scotch (Johnny Walker Blue Label) and sadly dies in 'And then there were none'.
"Good, you're home. You gotta help me bury a body."
Others
The Impala:
1967 Chevrolet Impala was bought second hand by John Winchester and later passed on to his oldest son, Dean.
"This is the stuff that's important; the army man that Sam crammed in the ashtray -it's still stuck there. A Reaper, who always tells it exactly as it is (to Dean anyway), although she brings bad news with a rare softness.
